Our Story!
Ohio Critical Detail began 4 years ago with a bucket of soap, a few towels, and a worn out 10 gallon Shop Vac. In addition to serving the greater Columbus, area with the best ceramic coating, paint correction, and mobile detailing services that are available, we love getting to know our customers. As we have expanded over the years, we’ve managed to put 1 thing first. We start with the customer’s auto detailing needs and work backwards. There for we aren’t your usual auto detailers.
Auto Detailing with a passion
Believe it or not, before we grew into the ceramic coating and auto detailing business we are today, we wanted to see if there was ANYTHING we was missing. So we spent 3 months calling every single Columbus based auto detailing company, paying for detail jobs just to see if the other detailers offered something we wouldn’t be able to. From ceramic coatings to paint correction to simple interior detailing, we found the same things:
- Mobile detailing businesses that didn’t show up at all
- Half hearted jobs
- Detailers who charged prices no one would pay
- And best of all… detailers who damaged vehicles without saying anything.
We decided then that we would always put our clients needs first. Because we learned that our reputation is the most important asset we have.
